Description

Not sure why I started out “Cascadia” as a winter scene (other than the fact that I wanted to try something a bit different) but I had always planned on doing at least one more seasonal variant. Here’s the “summer” version. I’d considered using the same light angle from the Winter version but I think this turned out pretty well. Let me know what you think!

Love the lighting, it works very well, and the colours are awesome, really love this summer one, Great render Ryan.

Actually, the light angle helps justify the ground fog as well as adding visual balance. Not mind-blowing but a solid contribution to the Summer collection (and timely!)

Since most of the visible foliage is evergreen, the differentiations for fall and spring would be pretty subtle — maybe some patches of remaining snow for spring and a few splotches of color for fall. Not at all sure it’s worth the effort on your part.

While the winter scene was nice, the color in this (even if it is only green), helps bring it to life.

    Keep up the great work!!
