While many of your desktop images get compliments from people who stop by my desk at work, “Scorched” has outdone them all. After only two days, I’ve heard many comments from almost everyone who has passed by. (Looks like the Sahara Desert or Mars, good use of shadow, bright sun seems to be pulsing, etc.)
Is it because some of us in the eastern U.S. are sick of snow and are thus desperate for something warm? Maybe. I personally believe it’s a testament to your wonderful use of color, brightness, and detail.
