• May is here already. Ian’s baby brother is due on 5/23 so my house is abuzz with activity right now. Luckily my Mom has moved in and will be staying with us until after the baby comes. She’s been a big help already. Stay tuned for updates.

  I’ve added “Respite” to the gallery this morning. It’s based on a photo I saw in a hospital waiting room last week (with my own original touches). I hope you like it!

• I mentioned on the 9th that “Enclave” was a diversion from another image that I had been working on. Well, I’ve finally managed to finish that image. I call it “Sakura” (definition) and it is now up on the new images page. I hope you like it.

  I’ve also posted dual and triple screen versions of “Enclave”.

• After posting “Enclave” and stepping back from it, I decided that I wanted to try one last change. I rendered the new version today and Jessie gave it the thumbs up. I’ve replaced the version posted Sunday (though it will remain available in the Pickle Jar). I hope you like it!

• I was in the middle of working on a new springtime image a few days ago, when I opened a new project to design some rocks. One thing lead to another and I ended up abandoning (for now) the image I was working on, and developed something completely different using the rocks I had designed. The result is up on now the new images page. I call it “Enclave”. Perhaps I will finish the original image now. . .
